Beautiful, cosy self contained Granny Flat nestled amongst the trees under our family home. We are approx. 15 minutes from Newcastle CBD & famous beaches. Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Light, air conditioned and tranquil garden studio

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Under 30 mins drive will have you relaxing on pristine Newcastle beaches, dining on the foreshore or wine tasting at famous Hunter Valley Vineyards. 10 mins & you're swinging through Treetops Adventure Park or cruising Hunter Wetlands on a segway. Or, like many, just stay put & unwind by the pool. Everyone loves our place!

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.
