Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Comfortable one bedroom basement apartment with private patio, mountain views and separate entry (owners live upstairs). The apartment is stylishly appointed, with a full kitchen and bathroom and off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and within walking distance of Beaver Lake. Please be aware there is upstairs foot traffic noise. To minimize the noise, we provide disposable ear plugs, a sound machine and a fan.
