The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairs.

We are extremely close to the center of NMU campus, Mountain Biking, Fat tire biking, X-country ski trails, the Paved trail System, Downtown, and the beaches of Marquette. The home was completely remodeled in the summer of 2024.
