This is a tiny barndominium. It has all the amenities you would need, granite counter tops, full living room, kitchen, laundry room & it’s tall ceilings give it an airy spacious feel. It is a peaceful sanctuary with lots of privacy but close to 2 of the largest cities in N.E. Arkansas. This is truly a little slice of Harmony placed on a beautiful rolling property. We got our listing name from the song but also because we are in close proximity to two wedding venues. No Hunting Allowed.

The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. We ask that you please agree to house rule and leave the house in the condition you found it.

It is 7 miles from Schaefer's Eddy Black River Boat Ramp. There are 2 queen size beds and 2 couches and bunk beds It can sleep up to 6 people in beds It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It also has a 12X12 dog kennel outside
