It has wooden beams, a warm, colourful interior and is very quiet and peaceful. The large garden has a hidden gate onto the green behind. Free parking immediately outside the door. 4mins from Pewsey station (London 1 hr) but surrounded by picturesque walks and cycle routes in the North Wessex Downs and Savernake Forest. Many straight from the front door.

Deer Barn -Luxury Barn Conversion, Private Garden!

Wake up to birdsong and peaceful countryside views at Deer Barn, a luxury stable conversion on our family farm beside the Kennet & Avon Canal. Spend slow mornings in your private south-facing garden, wander the canal towpath, explore independent cafes and shops, then return for an evening stargazing beside the BBQ fire pit. Sink into the sofa with a good book and switch off from everyday life (Starlink internet if you want to stay connected!). Dog friendly. Independent and working with wildlife!

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Ramsbury is a picturesque Wiltshire village in the beautiful North Wessex Downs. The Avon is a self-contained ground-floor chalet within the grounds of the former Crown and Anchor. It has free parking, a private entrance, private patio and access to the garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome; we simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and bed. Lyde Cottage, is a 3 bedroom open plan, fully accessible holiday let. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The Farm is criss-crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas and other farmyard animals.
