The entire living sphere, the outer shell as well as the interior, is made from a single piece of glass fiber reinforced plastic. During the renovation, special attention was paid to preserving or restoring the original condition and charm. The BANGA is therefore not comparable to a newly built apartment with new furniture. The offer is therefore aimed in particular at architecture and design lovers who are looking for, appreciate and love special and individual accommodation in Berlin. Or at roof terrace fans who like to spend time outdoors and are looking for the freedom above the city that is often no longer found in the hustle and bustle down there... ICE NOTE: You can't stay overnight there in the winter months, or really only ice bathers, adventurers, daredevils, ice saints, survival fighters or those who have watched too much 7vswild. The water in the BANGA is turned off in winter and a nasty siberian wind blows on the roof terrace. It's a shame, because polar explorers who stayed at home could study the clear starry sky and drink mulled wine by the campfire with their pointed cap and mittens pulled down deep over their eyes and enjoy the view of the wintry, ideally snow-covered city... it's best to reserve a place now for a warm summer evening with an unforgettable view for next year...

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

Hey nice People! I’m Richard and I hope i will give you a beautiful stay in Berlin while I’m out of the city. My place is located in Wilhelmstraße wich makes it incredible accessible to all the great places in the centre of Berlin. Walk to the Brandenburger Tor or checkpoint Charlie in ease . I still recommend to rent a bike! You still have a choice of 4 different Stations that connect you to anywhere in Berlin within 4-10 min walk. So i hope i can make your vacation more comfortable.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. S-Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.

Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
