Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Karri Tree Studio Apartment - 5 min walk to town

Brand new private and spacious studio apartment. A 5-minute walk to the Margaret River main street town, the Karri forest which surrounds the Margaret River, and a network of walk trails/mountain bike trails. Your studio is close to everything with the added joy of relaxing in a garden. w Walk to town and the local farmers market. The studio and main house are separated by a central patio area. Guests have their own entry and private garden and patio. The owners will use a separate space during your stay. If availability is not on the calendar, please feel free to ask, as I often have dates blocked for personal use and may be able to unlock the date.

Forest Retreat 2

A cosy, self-contained & private space with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. The guest suite is adjoined to the back of the main house on the property. Forest Retreat 2 can accommodate two adults and is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the centre of town is only a short stroll away.
