Winter sports? We're near the 805 snowmobile trail (ck the status), X-country ski or snowshoe from the backyard.

A perfect location to kayak, swim, river tube or fish within walking distance of 6 salmon pools, plenty of free parking, your home away from home awaits your arrival. I built this home to be a secluded, barrier-free chalet for the ultimate Cape Breton experience.

Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping. Communal washrooms and a shower are located in a separate building; there is also an area for washing dishes. The facility is off the power grid, so solar power is used for lightning. This meticulously crafted tiny house on wheels will bring you back to a traditional farm house feel. With a double bed on the main level, and a loft with a double bed, this tiny house comfortably sleeps 4. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove, inflow heating and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
