This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater.
