Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Garten, hochwertige Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Klimahaus A. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Hereinspaziert in unsere grüne Oase oberhalb von Vahrn. Hier befinden Sie sich inmitten von Weinreben und Wäldern. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

El chalet Bergfreund en Valdaora/Olang es el alojamiento ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes con vistas a la montaña. Este chalet de 3 plantas consta de una sala de estar, una cocina muy bien equipada con lavavajillas, 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, por lo que puede alojar a 8 personas. Los servicios adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi, lavadora, secadora, cideoconsola, así como libros y juguetes para niños. Además, hay una sauna privada a su disposición. También hay disponible una cuna y una trona.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

El apartamento Sebastianus se encuentra en Unterinn Ritten, a 15 minutos en coche (11 km) de Bolzano. Cuenta con un interior recién renovado y espectaculares vistas a los Alpes. El Mühlwalder Tal (en italiano: Valle dei Molini) es un valle de montaña de 16 km de longitud con frondosos bosques de montaña, caudalosos arroyos de montaña y aire fresco de montaña: un auténtico paraíso para los que buscan relax, los amantes de la naturaleza y los entusiastas de las actividades al aire libre.
