Very clean house in quiet neighborhood on double lot. Air-conditioned, high-speed internet (350 mbps download speed) and cable TV. Excellent lighting throughout plus the main living areas face south providing good natural light for living areas. Very large deck area with outdoor dining table for four plus there is couch/chair seating for nine. We have another airbnb rental (2 bedroom) less than a block away - called "Little Pink House". Well furnished 3br bungalow in downtown area

The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a fire pit and porch with table and chairs in the backyard for guests to use. The house is 1 mile to Lake Michigan beaches and downtown is easily walkable from the house. The bars and restaurants in Maxwell Town (where the locals hang out) are also easily walkable from the house.

Bright summer home on Lake Arcadia

You can't get much closer to both lake Arcadia and Lake Michigan. This bright and clean two bedroom summer home is just across the street from a marina on Lake Arcadia and less than a 1/4 mile to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. AC installed but you might not need it so close to the lake.
