La entrada independiente, zona céntrica y segura a 15 min en bus de metrocentro (centro urbano de managua) y 15 min caminado a los supermercados, panaderìas, 20 min del centro històrico de managua. Lavandería, uso de aire acondicionado, transporte, persona adicional no registrada tiene cargo extra.
