Just 300 m away is Agrolaguna Festigia Taste&Shop where you can taste and buy local wine, olive oil, cheeses and other products. The Plodine retail chain is 550m away, McDonald's 800m away, Galerija Poreč shopping center 1km away.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

This is budget accommodation, it is a family house, we live on the first floor and on the ground floor there are apartments we rent. It is located at 200 m from sea and walking distance (2,5 km) from Porec centre. It has all the necessary amenities you need. It has one bedroom with one double bad and single bed. It has two balconies, kitchen, sofa. It is not a quiet location during summer because of vicinity of road with traffic.
