Casa Castello - Lakefront Apartment

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La Terrazza

L'appartamento è semplice, accogliente, moderno ma con un tocco antico. Entrando in casa si trova una cucina open space con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: un tavolo per i prodotti da colazione, un divano reclinabile e una Smart TV. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale e letto a castello con una bellissima vista sulla Scheggia. Nel bagno è presente una comoda doccia e set cortesia. Questo appartamento è perfetto per ospitare fino a quattro persone in un ambiente moderno e funzionale.

Valle Onsernone Gresso

Immergetevi nell'autentico fascino ticinese nella nostra incantevole casa di Gresso, un gioiello della Valle Onsernone baciato dal sole tutto l'anno. A soli 30 minuti da Locarno, questo rifugio unisce sapientemente tradizione e comfort moderni. La casa, un armonioso intreccio di legno e pietra locale, offre una cucina attrezzata e un'area esterna con barbecue per cene indimenticabili. La posizione vi permette di esplorare sia la natura della valle che le attrazioni del Lago Maggiore.

Appartamento con vista a Toceno

L'appartamento é situato nel soleggiato borgo di Toceno e offre ai suoi ospiti un piacevole soggiorno all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. L'appartamento é composto da un piccolo atrio che porta al bagno (provvisto di doccia, lavandino, wc e bidet) e al locale open space soggiorno+cucina. Vi é una camera da letto provvista di letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo. Da segnalare la presenza di wifi gratuito e della zona lavanderia con lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro.

Casa di sasso nel verde

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

Unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus hat zwei Etagen und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Somit haben alle drei Zimmer volles Sonnenlicht. Der Garten hat neben Feigen- und Olivenbäumen einen grosse Sitzplatz und eine mit Reben bewachsene Pergola spendet im Sommer den notwendigen Schatten.

This tiny house is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! The house has a romantic fireplace and is only 100 meters from the free parking space along the road. No TV and no stereo make for the perfect digital detox vacation (you may connect to the lovely neighbors' wifi if you wish). And it's still only 40 minutes from Locarno!
