Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

Luxury Oceanfront House - The Cove at Otter Point

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (sleeps 10) with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate the fussiest of travelers. Small weddings and events are welcome subject to approval and an additional event fee.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that tenants live in on site in an adjacent building, they have a dog on site who may pop over to say hi. The main house is the owners personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house.
