Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need . This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!
