Casa Caisua is a Susegad Village house located at Anjuna and Nestled right in the middle of the village, it is set in a private 20,000-square-feet Orchard and is a few minutes walk to Vagator beach. The structure, standing tall amidst lush greenery and under the bright sun, is entrenched with multiple tales that have been revived to resonate in today’s time. Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

It was initially an outdoor storage area for coconuts and was there after renovated to form a part of a very basic 1 bed room house from where it gets the name.
