The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! We suggest researching the area ahead to know what’s nearby and come prepared, as we aren’t always instantly available to reply. Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access with trailer parking. On-site Pub Lounge: Thurs 4–8, Fri 4–10, Sat 12–10 with food, drinks & events. Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but don’t book if that may be an issue. Ask about private 1920s theater time! 🎬

Cottage at The Ivy Manor Inn

Free Standing Cottage (330 sf) located at the Ivy Manor Inn - Village center. Private entrance & off street parking. Hotel style room, no kitchenette. The Inn is located in downtown Bar Harbor on historic Main Street across from the Village Green. Walk to everything the village has to offer. Leave your car safely tucked away in our private parking space while you explore town, or take a quick stroll across the street to catch the Island Explorer into Acadia National Park.

Harbor Crest King Room (Dog Friendly)

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside in our gazebo, by our outdoor saltwater pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area.
