Cozy studio loft apartment situated over a garage on a small working horse farm. The loft has a private entrance, microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom, comfortable king bed, cozy linens and local art. An inflatable bed and pack n’ play are available. Dogs welcome/$45 pet fee required. Relax in quiet, scenic countryside, only 5 minutes from downtown Lexington, VMI and W&L. Horses welcome also—contact for details about equine layovers. Please note there is no TV in the loft.

Warehouse Loft on Main is a beautifully renovated loft accessed via a private staircase with a separate entrance. The open layout features a loft sleeping area with a king bed, plus a private queen bedroom and two full bathrooms. Enjoy a living area, bar-height dining, kitchenette, exposed brick, and windows overlooking downtown. A special parking permit provides access to the adjacent public lot. This is a pet-free property, with a $50/night fee per guest after the third for transparency.

Our newly constructed loft is located in the heart of downtown Lynchburg on the BluffWalk. Grab a cold beverage from the full kitchen, and walk out to the stunning views overlooking the James River from the private terrace before retreating to the cozy king bedroom or queen murphy bed. We are walking distance to the top music venues, restaurants, bars, shops and trails. You are also only a few minutes drive to local colleges and hospitals. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

The original building is pre-1828 with this loft added in the 1870s. The bedroom suite is 300 years old, with a brand new bed. The kitchen is a restored 1950s beauty with repurposed bowling alley lane for countertops. And history! This is the Freeman house with old books and old black & whites to enjoy.

This downtown Lynchburg warehouse used to be the Craddock Terry’s main office. This loft has the original vault in it (locked for your safety)! We kept the lofts as open as possible to maintain the integrity of the building, so there is a bedroom area but it doesn’t have wall/a door.
