Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Stepping inside, they find themselves embraced by the warmth of a cozy interior, where comfortable furnishings invite relaxation. However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

The April room is located within the beautifully restored Cranford building. The building has been a staple of downtown architecture since its construction in 1905. In 2013, the building underwent a massive preservation and revitalization, earning national recognition for its historic preservation. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!
