Private Getaway in the Heart of the Historic Town of Clovis

This 400 square foot tiny house was created for comfort and convenience. It is a studio layout with a shared space for living and sleeping but still offers a full kitchen, bathroom (with tub), washer, dryer and dedicated off street parking. A light filled space with vaulted ceilings, it is ideal for both short term and longer term stays. It offers modern, designer decor including white subway tile and open shelving in the full kitchen, high thread count sheets and white duvet on a comfortable mattress and some colorful spanish tile in the bathroom. It feels like a quiet, private retreat, but yet, it's close enough to Old Town Clovis to walk to everything. Come and enjoy! You have complete access to this home. You check in and out independently with this house. But, if anything is needed myself or my co-hosts are available to assist. The house is located in the charming, historic downtown district known as Old Town Clovis. You can easily stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and festivals. Running and walking trails are also nearby. Big box stores and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Highway 168 which connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. This home has one dedicated off street parking spot on the side of the property. Taxis are available and there is a bus stop within a 20 minute walk. But, people typically drive when visiting the area. There is WiFi and a smart TV. You can watch personal subscriptions (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc). But there is no cable TV. This is an alley facing home where your "view" will be garages and fences. While there are parks and trails within easy walking distance, there is no yard or outdoor space with this house (with the exception of the small front patio). There is a main house facing the street that is separated by privacy fencing. You access your home via the rear alley behind the main house and have one dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park those additional vehicles on the street.

Cozy Tiny Cabin with kitchen and sleeping loft. Enjoy views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Our Tiny Cabin is one of two tiny houses located on our property. It has a full bathroom w/shower, fully stocked kitchenette, living area, full size sofa bed & loft with a queen mattress. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing & there's a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Located next to Bandit Town, 4.5 miles from the south shore of Bass Lake, 25 miles from Yosemite's south gate or you can meander thru the Scenic Byway for plenty of hiking & 100 miles of amazing peaks, valleys & meadows.

Lama House!

Welcome to our minimalist, rustic, farm style tiny house 30 minutes (17.6 miles) from the South entrance of Yosemite! Our tiny house is parked next to our small home where my husband and I live in our beautiful town, Oakhurst, with our three rescue llamas. When you stay with us, you'll have the whole tiny house to yourself which features a "real" bathroom (hot shower, flushing toilet, and sink) as well as a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed all surrounded by shiplap walls!

A relaxing studio a comfy full size bed we offer a twin cummfy air mattress to place in entrance area snug but cummfy fitting. a/c , heat, full bathroom with shower. Hot water is on a insta pot , not meant for long showers. microwave small fridge, hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm rooster will crow:) kittens. not allowed in home cats are our mousers. as well as guests greeters. PLEASE add your pet if bringing one so fee will be added.

Get away from it all in this private and peaceful getaway under the stars. No TV here but great WiFi! Queen size bed with soft linens! Nicely stocked kitchenette for causal meals Propane BBQ ready to go! Large walk in shower just steps away from the cabin. Close to Yosemite, Bass Lake and the town of Oakhurst!
