This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. During the summer months you can sit out on our deck and listen to Music On the Green in the Mariposa Art Park while enjoying a glass of one of our local wines. Located on a private ranch 2miles off of Hwy 41 with walking trails, and lots of wildlife as well as chickens, lambs and a horse! 7 min to the Historic town of Coarsegold, 15 min from Oakhurst and 35 min to the Yosemite National Park southern park entrance off of Hwy 41.
