Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited

The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. The open floor plan and eclectic, local decor make for a pleasant accommodation. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor living/dining space, and a kitchen with an oven/stove top and refrigerator. Full wifi coverage throughout, cable tv, a backyard /stone patio, grill and central a/c.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

URI is 6 miles away, visit your student. Newport and beaches 15 min drive. RISD, JWU, Brown and Providence 25 minutes. football games. Jazz and Folk Festival. Fall in Newport without the crowds! My Grandfather was a Ham Radio operator ( the antenna is still in the back yard). He converted the back porch into an office; now it is a small one room efficiency with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
