The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. A short 3 min drive to amazing swimming holes and only 5 mins to pristine rainforest walks. 10 minutes up the hill to Eungella National Park which is the best known spot in the world to see a Platypus. The home is 2 bedroom with a Queen Bed and 2 Singles. It has one bathroom and 2 toilets. A BBQ and patio out the back for entertaining.
