Blue Willow 1100 sq ft Cottage is on a 14-acre property called Warbler's Roost, situated on Deer Lake, 20 min west of South River, north of Huntsville. It is 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only) and near many trails. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, & large open concept kitchen/dining/living room - max 6 people allowed including children. There are 2 docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. BBQ is included

The decor is fresh and intimate, with warm wood accents. Our property is surrounded by trees, on 10 acres of forested land, where you can enjoy the company of many species of birds and wildlife. The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

Welcome to our farm on 10-acres of woods just 10 min drive off hwy 11! This is a 3 bedroom home nestled among trees & trails and less than 2 km to swimming and a boat launch at Eagle Lake. Sharing your outdoors and living free range close to the house lives 50 chickens and 21 goats. Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available.
