This beautifully renovated Skovshoved home enjoys a prime location opposite Skovshoved Harbour (15min North of Copenhagen). The main house includes a master bedroom and two cozy children’s rooms. The guesthouse accommodates 1-2 adults or older children. The garden and wooden terrace provide the perfect setting for family time and activities like football, trampoline and pétanque. Hosting 2-4 adults and 2-4 children, this home is the perfect blend of seaside charm, and family-friendly comfort.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

SEA VILLA near Copenhagen

The small harbour of Skovshoved is one of the more famous harbours in the northern part of Zealand. The area is a perfect place to go on vacation with kids, wanting to see Copenhagen, as you have nature, and the city only 15minutes by car, 25minutes by train to the Citycenter. On top of this, you have the calmness the area, and the forest called Dyrehaven very close. The sandy beaches at Hellerup, Bellevue and Taarbaek (more calm during the summer) is only a twenty minutes walk from the house.

Idyll on the lake near Copenhagen

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for family or friends on a trip who appreciate a good view and quiet surroundings. No animals, thanks.

I vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende lejlighed i hjertet af Hellerup med havkig fra altanen. 150m til stranden, 100m til Strandvejen med shopping og indkøb samt S-tog og buslinje til centrum København på 20 min. Lejligheden er en høj stuelighed med nem adgang. Den indeholder en stue, køkken alrum, soveværelse samt badeværelse. Yderligere er der en mindre altan med havkig. Der er ingen WIFI, så smart TV i stue og soveværelse er kun muligt ved egen internetdeling.

Nyd et ophold i en ægte dansk klassiker, designet i 1966 bygget i 1973. Denne båd er bygget i glasfiber, med interiør i Teak og mahogni med focus på rummelighed. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.

Livet på vandet - 3 km til KBH by

Du vil elske at overnatte på båden. Det er superhyggeligt at bo i havnen og spise ombord på dækket. Der er plads til et par/ familien og den ligger i et stille område lige uden for KBH city. Såfremt du ønsker at den skal ligge til i indre københavn kan det også lade sig gøre for et mindre beløb; sejlturen + 300 kr. pr. nat. Båden er 34 fod og der er rigelig plads til at tage sol på dækket eller spille spil ved bordet. Båden er kun til overnatning. Sejltur kan bookes
