You can enjoy plenty of walks direct from the cottage and are a few minutes from the sea, woods, moors and all the New Forest has to offer, including a great pub close by!

Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The Byre (old English for cowshed) is a cosy self contained unit with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and Venetian slats on the main window. The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.
