Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The studio is walking distance to the beaches, seaside, beautiful coastal walks along the Jurassic coastline and the Cobb with its famous harbour. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants, a theater, mill, museum, fishing trips, shops, and lots of events to enjoy. Our accommodation is a light airy self contained ground floor studio, with parking to the front and its own access to the side. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet location close to Lyme Regis town center.

The living area is well planned to make use of the space; there is a two ring hob and a small convection oven, a fridge freezer, breakfast bar and comfortable sofa with large TV. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage with en-suite bathroom and powerful shower over the bath. Private, enclosed area catches evening sun. A lovely 10-15 minute walk into Lyme along the river.

Everything in the town is just minutes away but there are no roads nearby and so it is very peaceful. With lovely views from the patio garden across the town towards Black Venn cliffs.
