The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!
