Tucked away on a peaceful country lane at the edge of the quaint hamlet of Lurley. Despite its secluded charm, we are just west of the vibrant market town of Tiverton, providing the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. We create a true home-away-from-home experience. And for those traveling with furry companions—you’ll find we’re a truly dog-friendly haven.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

A Devon escape to relax and enjoy the countryside

A quiet rural Devon location with amazing sunsets and stars at night. A perfect country escape, Paddock view is on the outskirts of a small hamlet in Mid Devon, with views across fields and Exmoor in the distance. The accommodation is a detached open plan annexe for 2 people, self catering with a fully equipped kitchen, double bed, sofa, bathroom, wifi, courtyard, garden, chiminea, BBQ, parking 1 car and lovely views. There's a country pub within a 1 min walk.

Nestled on the edge of a picturesque Devon valley and facing south, Ramstorland Valley View is a contemporary two bedroomed cottage with extensive uninterrupted views of the countryside. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is perfectly situated, having great access to Exmoor, North and South Devon beaches, whilst being only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5. But best of all it is the perfect place for a quiet, “away-from-it all” break.
