Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.

Lomma är ett välmående samhälle med perfekt läge vid havet, 10 km från Lund och 10 km från Malmö. Här finns härliga promenadstråk utmed havet eller i de närliggande parkerna vid Alnarps lantbrukshögskola. Närheten till Lund, Malmö och Köpenhamn gör att det alltid finns tillgång till kultur och shopping av världsklass. Huset är från 1913 men renoverat under 2016 med bibehållen charm. The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
