Our beautiful 2 bedroom guesthouse is located in a lovely rural setting , Queensberry . Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Room With A View

Enjoy peace and privacy in a unique self-contained space with panoramic views of the Clutha River and surrounding mountains. As there is no wifi available its a great place to disconnect. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

This stylish 1 bedroom unit is a perfect location for travellers. It has beautiful morning to mid afternoon sun. Situated on 1 acre, 3km from Wanaka. This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as you soak in the sun, or a book as you snuggle in the armchair indoors. If you're active, the local ski fields and Lake Wanaka have plenty to offer you. Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.

Queensberry cottage

Quiet farm house located midway between Wanaka and Cromwell, only a short drive off highway 6, less than one hour drive to Queenstown, in a sheltered location surrounded by kanuka bush with wide open mountain views and abundant of bird life. plenty of space for parking your cars boats horse floats. yes we can accommodate your horse too. there is 33 acres of private land for you to play on. rock climbing cliffs nearby, café and winery just a short drive away.

There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.

Garden and mountain view unit

This unit is nestled in a beautiful garden and has stunning mountain views. Detached from the main house and with a private entrance it provides privacy and space. Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
