It has only previously been used for travelling family but its too good not to share with Airbnb guests. The space is fully equipped for your stay with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

The apartment is located 1.5km from the infamous Mindil Beach Markets, a 4 minute drive to Parap Village Markets, which offers a hub of local restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It is also located a short 1.3km walk to Darwin turf club.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

Our lovely apartment is perfectly located for those who want to be close to Darwin city, but want their own quiet space in tropical surrounds. The Parap Village and markets, restaurants and public transport are all within easy walking distance, and there is a secure car park available should you have a car. The unit is well set up for a short or long stay, whether you are on holidays or in Darwin for business, and includes internet access.

A quiet spot with lots of room to relax, this is your home away from home. Open plan downstairs with kitchen, dining area and a large, very comfortable lounge room. If you want to explore a little further afield, there is a carport with two undercover car-parks.
