It is a professionally run working yard, team GBR Rider going on in their daily country life. Horses are welcome on the yard at extra cost. Facilities give you and your horse Dressage/Jumping Training along with becoming a member of the Sunrising Happy Hackers Club. Dog Friendly especially having Exceptional Walking directly from the Stable yard. Evening/Breakfast meals can be provided at extra cost. We have lived in the village for 10 years and love the peace and tranquility combined with glorious views and easy access to local amenities such as an award winning butcher producing home made ready meals in the next village, the useful shops and restaurants of Shipston on Stour, the history of Stratford, Warwick, Kenilworth and surrounding areas and the Cotswolds on the doorstep. The property is not suitable for children.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
