Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Potting Shed Little Tew

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. Regrettably not suitable for children, but please do see our other listings for under 2's.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham “The Old Smithy”

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. Cosy converted barn in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. Peaceful and private, The Lodge has just been renovated to create the perfect place to escape and unwind. New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Valley View is set on a 54 acre Cotswold small holding, home to many animals including a homebred pony called Mio, and a small flock of Herwick sheep. It’s a fantastic location to soak up some of the finest Cotswolds scenery. Towns nearby include the northern Cotswold star trio, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold. The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
