High Pasture is a beautiful self-contained cottage, an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, city goers, golfers and those just wanting some peace and quiet to relax and unwind. In an idyllic setting, about 1.5 miles East of Hedley-on-the-Hill, on the Northumberland/Durham border with far reaching views. Extensively equipped kitchen incl. fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. We operate a "Contact-free" check-in and stay but we are close by if needed

Nesting within an avenue of giant sequoia trees, Lakewood Courtyard is quiet and peaceful, with peacocks and chickens for company. Own entrance. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Main bathroom has a sumptuous slipper bath and shower.There is a light and airy living room with 2 large comfy sofas, dining table, TV, books and some board games. Grange Cottage

The Grange is a very large cottage which can now sleep up to 11 people in four bedrooms. Over the last few months, we have done a lot of work to upgrade this cottage. We have replaced the main bathroom, and fitted a new kitchen (now with a dishwasher !!) Originally, this was 2 cottages, and we have now repurposed the second living room to be another double bedroom. If you have a large group of people, there is another table and more chairs in the cottage.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
