Each villa has a balcony with sea view and access to the common-use swimming pool. Blue Avenue is situated in Paliouri, Halkidiki, in one of the most quiet parts of the area with the main street though, just a few minutes away. Walking distance from anything you might need (Bus stop, super market, coffee, restaurant, car/bike rental, bar etc) In the apartment you will find a coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer and wi-fi Sheets, towels and all other utensils, are sterilized and cleaned as per the ministry of health instructions, to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.

The sea is about 15m away from the apartment and you have access to 4 different beaches. You can enjoy the crystal clear greek waters in 3 different beaches, one of whom is sandy and childfriendly. The 4th one is about 5 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy your coffee in a beach-bar at day or enjoy your coctails at night. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices.
