Short distance from Buckie/Elgin for much more amenities. Aberdeen/Inverness 60-90 mins away.

Fabulous for hiking, dog walking, bird watching, watersports and the Cairngorms are a short drive away for the more intrepid adventurers. Pet friendly. Welcome pack.

Beautiful Seaview Townhouse

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊

Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.

Rustic hideaway located in beautiful coastal reserve with largest pebble beach in Scotland. Near mouth of river Spey, ideal for osprey/dolphin spotting, fishing, golfing & Speyside Way. Dolphin Centre with shop/cafè at end of road. Great for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, kayakers or quiet retreat for artists, writers and contemplators. Listen to the sound of the ocean from the comfort of your bed. See amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Osprey Hide

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.
