Tucked into the pines on over four acres of land bordering the Santa Fe National Forest, the Serene 70s Retreat is a quiet mountain getaway built in 1973 and still carrying the soul of that slower, softer era. This cabin wasn’t made to impress. It was made to exhale. Hand-finished woodwork, original details, and a layout that invites you to lounge, nap, or listen to the wind in the trees—this is a place to step off the grid and ease into the rhythm of the Jemez Mountains.

Private/Cozy 2 bedroom cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway. Very private, you will have 2 acres to yourself, the owners are NOT on the property. Spend the evening star gazing on the balcony, or roasting marshmallows on the open fire pit. There is also Wi-Fi and two televisions for those who would rather relax indoors. We remodeled the cabin recently, so it is ready for your family’s adventures. During winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be necessary, due to snow.

Cabin On the River

A quiet mountain rustic cabin built in the 1950's with a river just 300 yards away. We welcome everyone from all walks of life. Pets under 40 pounds are welcome, larger pets may be considered. The cabin is a place to unwind and unplug, CELL PHONE and internet are unreliable. Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life in our simple little cabin. We are just a short drive to Jemez Springs, Hummingbird Music Camp and lots of hiking trails.

Chameleon, Rustic Cabin, Unit 1 with private deck

Chameleon: 2 room cabin, NO running water and no toilet facilities in the casita, sleeps 4, possibly 5, two (2) double beds in the bedroom, and a daybed for an extra person (for an added fee of $20.) Wood stove, hot plate & electric appliances for cooking. Open deck on the Pecos River! with an outdoor fireplace. Community bathhouse with commodes and showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.
