Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

It's the perfect option for large families vacationing together. There's plenty of room to enjoy time together...and get some time apart;)

Our Margate Beach House has 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a pull out couch and can accommodate up to 12 people. Home includes 2 car parking , 2 balconies, large fenced backyard, elevator. Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!
