Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a queen size bed , tiled bathroom, cozy living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
