A magnificent historical home surrounded by fynbos, overlooking False Bay with stunning sea views and an imposing mountain backdrop. The villa is located in a nature conservancy. It is completely off the grid: solar energy, water from a mountain stream. This place is for people who want beauty and tranquillity and a getaway experience in a 100% environmentally friendly place right on the urban edge - 8kms from Simonstown. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, exquisite bedrooms and awesome decks.

Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Lantern Tides beach bungalow Smitswinkel Bay

This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!

Shanglira is set on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ! The fourth bedroom and bathroom being a separate flatlet ! Pool decks , sunsets , barbecues etc are what you want here! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher ! Bathrooms all have shower gels etc for you also free unlimited purified water! Pl remember we have doggie beds as well xx NO pets live on the property! But yours are welcome
