Access to bus service on Rossdowney Rd to City, every 15 mins, is within a 5 min walk. Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Various taxi services available. My aim is that you relax and enjoy your precious break.

Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. Marion's Place is a secluded private house in the prestigious Culmore Road area on the North side of the City of Derry with easy access to the Foyle Bridge and A515 road network. The house was fully refurbished in the Spring of 2019 and now offers a superb contemporary space for guests to use as their touring base for the city of Derry, the Causeway Coast and the fabulous Atlantic coast of Donegal. Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
