The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. RIVERTOWN COTTAGE is very conveniently located right in the middle of Batesville, Arkansas. WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Retreat to this tranquil vacation rental cabin situated on the Little Red River just 10 min from Heber and the Lake. Your group of up to 5 will love our cabin and living area, fully equipped kitchen, and double deck. Our fishing deck is yours to use. Take a light jacket as it can be cool in the evening. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well.
