We’re minutes from Treetops Ski Resort and the snowmobile trail sits right at the end of our road! This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Enjoy a 58" Smart TV, HDMI gaming hookup, DVD player, and WiFi.

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Enjoy easy access to everything UP NORTH from this perfectly located home base. This 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed 1 full bathroom apartment and fully equipt kitchen. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
