Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

This memorable place on the water that is anything but ordinary..Our beautiful floating glamping pod can be found in Coburg Dock. The Houseboat sits Marina side among its own floating community - minutes from central Liverpool including the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Liverpool Cathedral, and the trendy Baltic Triangle. You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. There’s incredible museum’s, the Grand National, Cavern Club, the world heritage waterfront and so much more. Across the Mersey you have the beaches of New Brighton only 20 minutes away.
