Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit. The flat has been recently refurbished. Supermarkets are 10 min drive away for all amenities. Come experience the magic of Elmer!

It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

One Bedroom Annex - Goring-by-Sea

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request

The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London. Airy, open-plan living with two large bifold doors that open onto your own private south-facing courtyard. We are dog friendly but keep our furry guests to one dog per stay. Newly renovated.
