You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Enjoy two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing, charcoal grill, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Park and walk ... 0.3mi to beach & pier, shops, dining & sweet treats.

Savvy Black Private King Suite with Den

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
