A guest suite downstairs-totally separate from upstairs w/a nice garden outside. You walk down a gravel & brick path to enter @ ground level. It is a large studio w/old growth beams & full length windows, kitchen area, bathroom w/ a jacuzzi tub. There is a Paul Bunyan California King size bed w/ steps, w/no railings. Much room to roam. The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

Interested in a tiny house? Welcome and enjoy your stay in the serene redwood forest. The property sits at the end of a private road surrounded by trees. The beach is minutes down the road, listen for sea lions! The space is appointed with fresh linens and sunny skylights, deck, fire pit, gas grill, sauna(small fee) space heater, CD player, microwave, mini-fridge. Shared property with main house. Steep driveway and ladder to loft limit accessibility. For the young adventurer!!

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.
