The space is an open concept classroom inside of an old school 500 yards from the C&0 Canal Lock 70. Guests of Lock 70 Schoolhouse enjoy the entire space of this open concept which includes 1 King Bed, 2 Bunk Beds, and a fully stocked coffee bar area with a microwave, water cooler and refrigerator and internet. A private bathroom with a hot shower awaits after your long day on the trail. Also housed in the school is a restaurant and a small store (owned by a separate party, closed on Mondays.)

Large deck and screen porch looking out on Cacapon Mountain. Hot tub off master bedroom deck in trees, feels like a tree house. Many mornings mist rises up from river, half mile away as crow flies.

Two bedroom 4 bed cabin on a private 5 acre lot. Indoor Gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit. All the amenities of home including wifi, washer and dryer and large grill. Located 1/4 mile from Sideling Hill trout stream. Five miles from Green Ridge state forest and hunting. Rocky Gap Casino and resort is just 20 miles west. C & O canal and bike path is just 10 miles east in the town of Hancock. Bow hunting is permitted on the property. One dog only unless other arrangements are made.

The home includes a gas grill available for use and fire pit with wood provided. Best suited for two guests, it can accommodate up to 4 with use of the futon in the loft. Located just minutes away from the Potomac River and numerous recreational areas!

Just 2 hrs from Baltimore and DC, The Sanctuary is a perfect weekend mountain escape to get away from it all and connect with nature while still enjoying some luxury amenities. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin situated on 6+ acres in the mountains outside Berkeley Springs, WV. It includes spacious outdoor living space, a hot tub, sauna, grill and a separate bathhouse.
